SUMMARY:Largs Winter diving 2021/22
DESCRIPTION:Hi Divers – PaulT now has his boat (Bluefin) berthed up at Largs Marina all ready for winter diving, open to ALL diver grades. We have put together a schedule of weekends where the boat will be available for groups of up to six divers at a time.\nIn terms of cost, you’ll need to organise your own travel and your accommodation in or around Largs (there are loads of pubs and eateries, and plenty to see and do.). The cost per diver per day is £10 – this is to help offset the berthing fees. You will also need to pay for boat fuel (just make sure the boat is topped up before you leave). You’ll need full cylinders for Saturday diving, then refills from C&C Marine Services for Sunday diving.\nAs an added bonus, we are registering the arrangement as a collaborative expedition through BSAC. Barnsley, Dearne Valley and South Bay clubs will be surveying the island of Little Cumbrae – we need your help to photograph, catalogue and record what we see.\nThe arrangements are simple – just register your interest for any of the published weekends (travel up Friday, return home Sunday). If we get enough takers then the trip is on!
