Carolyn has put together a dive trip to Pembrokeshire for 6th and 7th May! Details below.

I am planning a trip from Milford Haven, Wales around the Pembrokeshire coastline, and Skomer Marine Nature Reserve. The trip is with Pembrokeshire Boat Charters based in Milford Haven, and includes 2 boat dives per day Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th May.

Cost would be £67.50pp per day. £40 deposit required. (Fills extra)

The dive sites are many and varied including marine life and wrecks. Whilst the crew will try to accommodate specific requests the dive sites will be weather dependent on the day and on the ability/experience of the divers. A briefing will be provided for each site.

The boat, Overdale, can accommodate 10 divers and currently all 10 places are available both days. It has a rear dive lift, heated wheelhouse, WC and some covered seating.

The trip is open to grades Ocean diver (Advanced Open Water) and above. 

Divers would need to book their own accommodation. At this time there is plenty of accommodation available nearby with the possibility for people to share AirBnBs. There is a free car park at the dive centre.

Divers need all their own equipment (dry suit) and must carry their own DSMB.

2 cylinders are required per person as the boat does not return for fills during the day.

The Pembrokeshire coastline is beautiful. The trip offers an opportunity to explore a new dive location for most of us and hopefully give the more newly qualified divers an opportunity to dive in the sea.

Monday 8th May is a Bank Holiday so may provide an extra day for travelling or exploring.
