Try SCUBA diving with our £20 'Try-Dive' taster session
A Try-Dive can help you save time and money by finding out in advance if you like diving. Costing just £20, first-timers can experience the thrill of breathing underwater for the first time! Please note, minimum age is 12 years old.

A typical Try Dive session, lasting about 45 minutes, involves poolside tuition on diving techniques and equipment, followed by a SCUBA dive in our pool with a BSAC-qualified instructor.
We can run Try-Dives most Monday evenings at Dearneside Leisure Centre - all you will need is a swimming costume or shorts, and a T-shirt to wear in the water. We'll provide the rest!
