A couple of our members managed to get away to Scapa for a week. Great weather and great diving.
Diver training at Capernwray
Instructors from both Dearne Valley Divers and Barnsley BSAC were at Capernwray today training divers. Lee completed SO1 (Diver rescue) and SO4 (Compass & DSMB), Dan completed SO1, Ryan and Adam completed their Open water dry suit training.
Paul Tarn secures BSAC council role
Congratulations to dvd’s Paul Tarn who has been successful in securing a place on the BSAC council and will officially take up the role on 22nd May following the 67th BSAC AGM.
