Hi All – Paul and I will be taking Paul’s boat to Manvers Lake this Sunday – 30th April 12pm – to check out launch facilities and see how deep the lake is in a few places.
Anyone interested PLEASE pop down and join us and join in. Fetch your dry suit (or wet suit!) and a stab jacket or buoyancy aid and you can join us on the boat for a steady pootle around the lake.
They do food and drinks there, so you’ll not starve or dehydrate.
It’s quite probable that people will be interested in who we are and what we’re doing, so someone on the side while others are on the water would be good too, so anyone who doesn’t want to go near the water can still join in and help.
